Due to my interest in anatomy, I tend to be somewhat more familiar with how the body moves than many (but not all) massage therapists. I attempt to understand client complaints in light of my anatomical understanding. This fact, combined with my ability to gently stretch all major muscle groups, makes my work feel deeper than the kind of work done by others.

Cholesterol travels through the blood attached to a protein. This package of cholesterol (a lipid) and protein is called a lipoprotein. Lipoproteins are either high-density or low-density, based on how much protein and fat they have. Low-density lipoproteins (LDL) are the "bad" cholesterol. LDL is mostly fat with only a small amount of protein. It can clog your arteries. If you have high cholesterol, your doctor will want you to lower your LDL.

With so many lenses available, it is difficult to find ones that will protect your eyes if you don't know what each one will do. Blue-blockers block blue light and usually have amber lenses. Researchers are still unsure whether or not blue light is harmful, but these are popular among skiers, hunters, boaters, and pilots. Both polarized lenses and anti-reflective coating cut reflected glare. Polarized lenses in particular are popular with those who play water and snow sports.
