Why The Religious Policeman?

The Religious Policeman
Because, in my opinion, the Religious Police epitomize what is wrong with my country at present. They combine religious fanaticism and intolerance with the apparatus of a police state. They are recruited from the dregs of society, yet they presume to tell other God-fearing people how to conduct their religious lives. They killed innocent young lives in Makkah, yet they were never held to account. See similar questions...

What are those "Faceless" people the policeman saw?

FAQ // Pom Poko // Nausicaa.net
They are called "Nopperabou". It is from a very well-known old Japanese ghost story. It's basically the same as in the original, except of course, the characters were wearing kimono, and the man didn't go to the police station. Instead, he went to a Soba (Japanese noodle) stand, and the master of the stand said, "So, did she look like this?" Another theme taken from the old Japanese ghost stories is "Oitekebori". The Plantar Fascia is a very strong fibrous ligament that runs underneath the entire length of the foot. It fans out from the heel running forward to the toes. How old is my computer?

S-100 FAQ
Look at the small IC chips on the boards of your computer. They are called the "TTL logic chips". Most of them will have numbers on them like "7404" "74121" and other "74 series" numbers. Some memory chips will be small but not have those numbers. There are generally date codes on most IC chips, usually in the form "wwyy" where ww is the week from 00 to 52, and yy is the year: 74, 75, 76, etc. Or it may be "yyww". So "2776" or "7622" will be the 26th week of 1976 for instance. See similar questions...

Become a policeman or a fireman. What's that have to do with providing for my own safety?

How Criminals get Firearms | Progressive U
That's fine, you don't need to. I only ask that the same freedom you have to choose whether or not you want to carry be extended to me as well. In other words, just because YOU would not want to carry, don't vote for any bills or politicians that/who would restrict or eliminate my ability to do so. There is no black or white answer to this question. But rarely do I think denying somebodie's ability to carry a weapon should be infringed upon. See similar questions...

Why does the T-1000 change back to the policeman at Pescadero State Hospital?

terminator2.tk - FAQ PART1
It may be that it requires more energy to mimic an object than to just keep the default form. When the T-1000 was transported to 1995, it had a default humanoid form, and that is the one it kept throughout the movie. It did not copy the form the unfortunate officer Austin who discovered it--it only copied the uniform, apparently. See similar questions...

How old are the children ?

China FAQ
In general, most children are between 6 and 20 months of age. Due to legal requirements and the time required for document processing in China, the children are almost always over six months of age before the adoption is completed. Parents normally request a specific age range that they would prefer. CCAA usually, but not always, will comply with the wishes of the parents. Parents may request older children if that is their preference. Most infants adopted in 1997 were 8-15 months old. See similar questions...

What about our old ministries?

Total Ministry FAQ
The lay ministries that were done in our congregations in the past will continue. We still need altar guild ministers, acolytes, lectors, etc. The Ministry Team is to fill the place of the seminary- trained priest, not to take on all the work of the church. Total Ministry means just that ? "total." For a team to work, the ministry of all the baptized members of a congregation is necessary. See similar questions...

There is no age limit for braces. As long as you have good periodontal health, braces can be used to straighten your teeth and correct your bite. More people over age 30 are getting braces today than ever before. Most ArchWired.com readers are between the ages of 25 to 55! However, if you have been on a Bisphosphonate drug for osteoporosis (such as Fosamax or Boniva) you need to talk to your orthodontist or dentist first.
