Answer: If your printer comes up with an error and refuses to print try checking the connections to see if anything is misplaced or not intact. If you are using one printer for multiple computers be sure to check your switch box. Sometimes the switchbox will get confused and won't work, if this happens unplug all cables from the switch box, then plug them back in. This should reset your switch box. If you have Norton Firewall installed on your computer, the Printer Friendly link returns an error. Temporarily disable the firewall (this should be simple - just click the Norton Firewall icon on your taskbar, click disable, then confirm that you wish to turn off Norton Firewall).
