Click on OK a few times and then run Outlook. The additional mailbox should be listed. If you receive errors when you try to expand it you need to check your permissions to the mailbox.

If another user has shared a calendar with you, you will be able to access the shared calendar through Entourage. However, you cannot share your own calendar or set permissions through Entourage.
