No, you can not. That is why it is important that you do NOT accept the cancellation in the hotel when a guest calls you directly. This is your only guarantee to make sure that the guest makes the cancellation in the system. Once you have accepted the cancellation, they will mostly not do the effort anymore of going back to the travel agent. If the reservation was made through the booking engine on your hotel website, you can easily make the cancellation yourself.

GDS Property Codes are hotel-specific codes which allow a travel agent direct access to read your property details and rates in the GDS Systems. If a travel agent has your codes available, he/she does not need to search for your property in the GDS Systems, but can obtain quick and easy access by using the codes.

Wyndham encourages loading of corporate account negotiated rates into our hotels. To do this, simply contact the sales department of the appropriate hotel that you have negotiated with. Give the hotel representative your pseudo city code, GDS system and the company rate access code. Please allow 7-10 days for rate uploads.
