When you are composing a message, you are interacting with your local computer, and not with the Webmail server. The server recognizes this as inactivity and your session may timeout. If you are using Internet Explorer, please clear your web cache by clicking on Tools, then click on 'Delete Files' in the 'Temporary Internet Files' section. Put a check in the box next to 'Delete all offline content' then click okay.

You are having problems using webmail such that each time you try and do ANYTHING, you are logged out with a message that your session expired. of the time this is a cookie issue. Cookies aren't required to use the SpamCop webmail program. What will cause problems, though, is if you use a cookie blocking program or a "personal firewall" which interferes with cookies.

It may be a browser cache problem. Your browser maybe caching old files, and when you try accessing some webpages, it maybe trying to load these pages from your browser cache, instead of the server, which may cause your harweb to get re-directed to the login page, or display the pages improperly. Try changing your browser setting to have your browser load harweb pages, every time you visit the harweb server.

All parties involved should have a copy of the Bill of Lading (buyer, seller and carrier). The seller will receive 2 copies of the BOL.
