Job descriptions are meant to be a broad overview of the tasks typically performed and may cover several positions within the same title. If your duties are not covered by your job description, please see your supervisor to complete a Position Description form for Classified or A&P Positions to update your job description, then submit to HRM Compensation. The Job Audit process establishes titles and compensation for new staff positions.

The system will only reveal the number of applicants in your pool while the job is open. Applications are not available for Submitter review until the job has closed and applications have been reviewed and released by the recruiter.

Log in, click on Job Description Library on the left navigation bar, then search by the employee’s name. Note: When using the search options, you do not have to fill out all the fields. For instance, if you want to find all descriptions of employees in your department with the first name of “Nancy”, you would only type in “Nancy” in the First Name field.

Review the “Competency Evidences” to see if the employee has submitted information—this will be indicated as a highlighted “yes” under “has info” to the right of the competency. Clicking on the competency that has a “yes” under “has info” will bring up the page with evidences. If you still disagree with the assessment, have a discussion with the employee prior to submitting a rating.

In all versions of CoCASA prior to 3.0 you will only see assessments that are tied to your user logon account. You will not be able to see assessments on the Assessment Setup screen that were entered or imported using a different user logon. You will, however, be able to run reports on any assessment in the database. However, beginning with CoCASA 3.0, all users will be able to view all assessments.
