You can redeem Bonus Points for friends vouchers or Bonus Gifts at the friends counter on level 2 of the IKEA store. Alternatively, you can redeem them for friends vouchers online on the IKEA friends website. The vouchers will subsequently be sent to you by mail or picked up at the friends counter.

The system will monitor everyone's bonus points balance. It will send you a gift voucher when your balance is more than or equal to 100 points. A $10 voucher for 100 bonus points, or a $20 voucher for 200 bonus points.

Each bonus is valid for 4 months from the date the bonus is earned. You may redeem your bonus once per month, only when the total amount available for redemption reaches $2 or more. To redeem your bonus, please go to Redeem My Bonus under Referral&Bonus Center in My Account. Add up the bonuses and click on “Redeem my bonus.” Your bonus will then be added to your OneSuite account and your account expiration date will be extended for six months from the redemption date.
