Yes, as a matter of fact you can. Press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+= and it will zoom in for you. Keep pressing it to zoom in more and more. CTRL+ALT+- (the minus sign from the numeric keypad) will zoom back out again. If you want to have a Zoom button on the toolbar you can add it. Click View | Toolbars | Customize, go to the All Commands category and at the very bottom of the command list you'll find Zoom. Drag and drop it to your toolbar where you want it.
