Yes. We need to make a separate print plate for each size. You will be charged for the total quantity of labels plus a copy change charge for each additional size. Doing this will save you money compared to pricing each size as a separate quantity. Although sizes can be printed on custom logo labels, we encourage small quantity garment producers to consider other sizing options due to the difficulties you may encounter maintaining a proper inventory.

The EXCEPTIONS table has a field that can automatically suppress the production of labels. If you have not then after the upgrade from Autodocs 1.1 to 1.2 gone through your EXCEPTIONS table and added a "Yes" to the Produce Labels? field, then for those exceptional series, the label will be suppressed. If this is what is causing your problem, you need to go to the "Other Operations" page, and select "Edit EXCEPTIONS table.

You have selected User Defined labels in the Cast Sheet and you have not entered any labels yet. From the Positions Layer select a shape and click on the Cast Information tool and enter the labels for the selected positions. You are using User Defined Labels and have not set the option to User Defined Labels in the Cast Sheet of the new file.

Yes. We can print your logo or other line drawing in black and white along with your message. The cost for Logo Set-Up is $15 and is a One-Time Charge for each image. We will need a good quality copy of the image. Please mail us an original (faxed copies do not produce a high quality reproduction when scanned) or E-mail us a high-resolution (300 dpi) digital file. We will retain your images in our database and they can be re-used on any message at no additional charge.

We can send a mock up of your logo either by fax or we can email it to you, but you must request the proof, otherwise we will not provide you with a proof.

I' m trying to print product labels, but the font size stays at 12 no matter what number I enter. I would like them to be size 8 font. After changing the font point size or the x y coordinates you must click on the blue link "Save Settings" in the lower right corner. After pressing this link the font will change. The settings will stay as set until you change them again.

Sorry, no. I use a numbered volume-label (this identifier shows up in your File Manager after the disc spins up in the reader) when burning the disc and print (by hand) the name on the Tyvek sleeve. If you'd like to have a nice label or deluxe printing I respectfully suggest you check with one of the other burners.

If your labels are getting cut off when printing, or if they are missing a border, text or other, you may need to adjust your print margin settings.
