Check to be sure you have Java enabled on your internet options. On your Internet Explorer window, click on "Tools", then "Internet Options", then on the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down until you get to the Java settings. If you see Java (Sun), be sure there is a check in the box to use Java (you may need to restart if you had to change the setting). If you see Microsoft VM, make sure all 3 boxes are checked. If you do not have either one, you can do a search for msjavx86.exe and download it free.

Sometimes your Temporary Internet file folder or "cache" is full and needs to be cleaned out. The GAP tag in the .dwi file controls the sync of the arrows for each song. If the arrows are already going past the target arrows at the top before the beat hits then increase the GAP value to a larger number. If the arrows haven't quite reached the target arrows when the beat hits then decrease the number.
