Since the weather is often quite different at the shore than inland, you should make sure the students are prepared for any possible extremes in temperature or other weather factors. Layering is very important. It is better to bring too much than too little. Hats are a good idea in any season since they will protect the students from sun or wind. For a comfortable, warm and dry day on the ski slopes we recommend you wear waterproof pants and a jacket, a warm hat and waterproof gloves. It is better to wear lots of layers rather than just one big bulky layer, so that if you get hot during the day (all that ski-ing is hard work!) you can just strip a layer off. No special clothing is required to do yoga. Just wear comfortable clothing that isn't too baggy and doesn't restrict movement. In general, a T-shirt or tank-top is appropriate, with sweats, stretch-pants, or shorts on bottom.
