We may at our option, repair a faulty or second hand product not purchased directly from us, but there will be fees and charges for parts and labour. Plus you will be liable for postage to and from our office. We do have authorised distributors who we allow to sell our products online and via Ebay, but these items must be referred to these suppliers for warranty and support.
