Answer: This is generally a two step process. First, you export from whatever program your contacts are currently in. Then, you import this file into your address book. To import, go to the Administration page of your address book, and choose the Import command. If you would like to import your existing Microsoft Outlook Contacts and/or MS Outlook Express Address Book into your BuzMe Contacts, you will first need to export your MS Outlook Contacts and/or MS Outlook Express Address Book into a "Comma Separated Values" (.CSV) file. Although the Contacts folder can contain subfolders, Outlook can only export one folder at a time. You may need to create additional .CSV files for each folder you wish to import.

Your SIM card contacts will be automatically downloaded to your Personal Address Book when you use the SIM Phone Book Backup service.
