Generally speaking we do not repair printers. Printers have become so nexpensive that they are basically a throw away item (it costs more to repair an old printer than it does to buy a new one). Some printer problems are, however easy to fix. A common problem that fits into this category is the paper not feeding properly (or at all). If your users can see each others redirected printers, they are most likely members of the Administrator or Power Users user group. Type "whoami /groups" in a Terminal Server session to see the group membership list of a user.
