This issue is often caused by the DirectShow Subtitle Filter (subtitds.ax) that is installed by a non-Microsoft program. The video transitions and effects already in Movie Maker are based on DirectShow. However, Movie Maker will quit unexpectedly if more than 100 DirectShow video transitions or video effects are installed on your computer. If video programs that contain additional DirectShow video transitions and video effects are installed on your computer, this may exceed the allowable amount.

Try downloading the movie to your computer and watching it locally. Sometimes choppiness occurs when we can't stream it to you quickly enough (because your connection is slow or our servers are overloaded). Download and install the mAC3dec application (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/mac3dec/mac3ec1.5.2.sit.hqx?download) When prompted by DivX Doctor II, select a folder. The server may be down, the content may have been moved, or the URL to the content is wrong. In these situations you can do nothing. You can access the message that was left for you by clicking on the voicemail notification window or by highlighting a contact and going to Actions->Message History to play the message. In 99% of all cases, this is caused by Nero's MP4 splitter (NDparser.ax) interfering. Most users have a working version of it, and then you usually never notice it since it just works (you won't get Haali's tray icon though). However, for some, seemingly random, users it's broken and doesn't provide either video or audio output.
