You're running synergy without authorization to connect to the X display. Typically the reason is running synergy as root when logged in as non-root. Just run synergy as the same user that's logged in.

You are receiving this error when you are attempting to install the newest build of CAREWare on top of the previous build. You should first attempt to remove the previous business tier build using the Add/Remove Programs located in the Control Panel. You can learn more about how to uninstall CAREWare using that feature at the 'How do I upgrade the business tier?' FAQ link.

This is normal as they are not Windows (FAT) formatted floppies, so you will not be able to view their contents from Windows explorer.

You need to use the "--win32" flag when using make on Windows. Also, note that on Windows the build tools need to be installed in directories that do not contain white spaces or punctuation characters. The paths for the build tools, source files, and binaries must not contain spaces. make gets confused by them. You can, however, use Window's subst command to assign a drive letter to a path containing spaces (execute "subst /?" to see its usage information).

This error means that there is a piece of hardware or software preventing people from connecting to your host. If you are behind a router, or Network Address Translation (NAT) firewall, you will need to forward the port 3453 to the computer you intend to host with. This website (http://portforward.com/routers.htm) describes the process in detail for most consumer routers. It is also possible you have a software firewall preventing incoming connections to your Myth host.

For a single marker, you can choose "Place a Marker" on the radio buttons to the right of the map section that says "CLICK IMAGE TO:" Now, look down below the map, under "Place Marker on Map" and select the desired "Symbol". If you are using Windows95 first find out if you're trying to run mIRC32.exe with a 16-bit winsock. You need a 32-bit winsock to run the mirc32.exe on Win95. This info is needed to be able to set up DCC Send/Chat connections to other users.

Answer: Find the file count.cfg. Edit it with your favorite text editor. Add the hostname in the error message in the section [authorized]. If you do not have access to the file, you have to ask the person who installed the counter. If you are running a system with many virtual domains, you will probably want to list your IP addresses with wildcards. STM can experience problems as a result of extra files being left on the system by the software update utility swinstall and the frecover utility. The directory /usr/sbin/stm/uut/bin/sys should contain only the three files: diagmond, diaglogd, and memlogd. If there are other files in this directory, they should be removed (or moved out of this directory). Files to be removed typically have names like EMYa01203 (the exact name will vary). Other files to be removed have names like diagmond.
