If you have tickets in your possession you should check in at the airline counter no less than 60 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you have reservations, but do not have tickets in your possession, allow more time and check with your airline.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your massage. If you are a new client you will need to fill out a case history form. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment. Unfortunately no matter how late you start, your treatment will end at the allotted time.

Get to the airport in plenty of time. Wait times vary greatly depending on the airport and the time of day you are flying. Check with your airline to get a recommendation for when you should arrive for your flight. You can see historical security wait time data for your airport by clicking here.

The airport is open 24 hours per day; however, each airline sets its own hours of operation which is dictated by its flight schedule, therefore please contact your airline directly to determine how early you may check-in for a flight.

We ask all new patients to arrive a few minutes early to fill out personal and insurance information or you can CLICK HERE print it out and bring it with you.

Passengers should consult their individual airline, but we recommend arriving at least two hours in advance of flight time. Again, keep in mind that if it is necessary to remove liquids at the checkpoint, time will be added to the process.

We highly recommend that you arrive at least two days prior to your tour date in order to acclimate to any time differences, thus being prepared to fully enjoy your tour. For your convenience, we are able to make reservations at recommended hotels in major cities before or after your tour. When making your tour reservations, please inquire about hotel selections.

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority recommends arriving two hours before a domestic departure, or three hours before an international departure (or a domestic departure connecting to an international flight at another U.S. airport), but please check directly with your airline for specific recommendations.

Due to security procedures, most airlines will not allow passengers to check in for a flight if there is less than 30 minutes to scheduled departure time. Arriving at least 90 minutes prior to scheduled departure allows for 60 minutes to proceed through screening and arrive at the gate 30 minutes before departure. Allow additional time for dining and shopping, if necessary.

This is OK, you will ALWAYS be able to pick up your hire car regardless of arrival time. In some instances a nominal fee is to be paid locally for pickup at unsociable hours (i.e. pickup at 03:00) but you will be informed of this once your flight times have been confirmed to the local car rental company. The doors will be open and registration will be available starting at 3:30 p.m. for the first two nights.
