Bus services numbered X1, 100 and 200 regularly depart from Oxford (from Gloucester Green Bus Station or George Street outside Gloucester Green, depending on service / time of day), stopping by the entrance to RAF Brize Norton on request. We are a three minute walk from bus station and boat jetty. The railway station is about 6 kilometers and the nearest airport is 90 kilometers away in Cochin.

Once you get off the bus, take the pedestrian bridge above the main road. There are two bridges, take the one on the right side (see the map). Cross the bridge and you'll see the tram stop "Zvonarka". The direction you want to go is across the track. Buy an 13CZK tram ticket at a newsstand or from the yellow vending machine at the stop. (You can also ask the tram driver to sell you one for 15 CZK, they will however only accept change and they are very unlikely to speak English..

Our most frequently asked question concerns the transporting of bicycles in connection with the buses. Yes, we will transport your bike if you are riding one of the BRAG buses. You will need to remove the pedals and lower and turn the handlebars to get your bike loaded. Please bring appropriate tools to do this. You will load your bike in a BRAG truck and separate the bikes with cardboard which BRAG will furnish. Your bike may not get to the destination as fast as the bus.

Regional Transit and Elk Grove’s E-Tran provides service at the east side of campus. Transportation to some areas may require a transfer of buses. Check with the Student Development Office, located in the Library Building, Room L103, for schedule information, or call the 24-hour TeleTransit line at 321-BUSS (2877) for route and trip-planning information.

Metra will examine connections to existing bus and rail services in the UP-NW Line corridor as part of the study. Possible connections to major activity centers from Metra stations will also be considered.
