City of Burleson's Ordinance B-534 requires a permit for garage sales. Only city issued signs will be allowed for use. No more than one sign shall be posted on any residential property advertising such sales. Permit cost is $5.00. If you need additional signs you may purchase (2) two off premise signs for $1.00 each. Additional signs may be posted if permission for the location is obtained from the property owner.
