Concealed weapon permits must be renewed every five (5) years. All applicants must complete a DPS renewal forms and submit forms to AZ DPS along with permit renewal fee before the expiration date listed on their permit.

CCW packets are available at the Grand Ledge Police Department free of charge. All of the information you will need is in the packet. When applying for a CCW permit, you will also be required to have a gun Safety Certificate completed by an authorized firearms instructor, or a Police Officer. DSHS sends out renewal notices approximately 60 days in advance of the permit expiration date. Renewal notices are sent to the current mailing address on record for each permitted facility, so it is important to notify the AVC Permit Program if you change your mailing address.
