Most jibs are shipped loose with the hardware in a separate box, in a closed trailer by common carrier. Some of the larger cranes require a flat-bed truck or trailer. The bridge cranes are commonly shipped on a flat-bed trailer. Other methods are available. Units may be palletized which may better protect the finish for an additional cost.

Your order should ship in 10-15 business days. Please note your order may arrive in separate boxes as we often use different distribution centers. This will NOT increase your shipping charges.

Our Australian-made products are warehoused in Oregon. Shipments leave our warehouse via FedEx. Since the State of Oregon does not collect sales tax, our customers enjoy a substantial savings on their purchases.

All orders are shipped through the US Postal Service in unmarked boxes with Quick2You as the return address.

To be sure that your trees arrive in a strong and healthy condition, we ship bare root stock only when it is dormant in the fall and spring seasons. Trees are sent according to your local climate and this year's weather. Fall Shipping: We have to wait for a couple of hard frosts so the trees go dormant and can be shipped safely. Trees can be planted until the ground is frozen solid. Fall shipments are made between October 15 and December 10.

After we have received your payment, you will receive a licence file removing the restrictions of Munnin-Light. The licence file is only delivered electronically via email. We will not send the licence file by regular mail. You will not receive the software on a medium (floppy disk, CD, DVD, etc.). The software and updates are available for download from our web page.
