Yes, we do. There are two types of padding for area rugs. For rugs laid over wall to wall carpet, we offer No-Muv. And for rugs laid on hard floor covers, we offer Dura-Hold padding. The padding is custom cut to your area rugs while in our plant. Contact our office for more details.

Depending on the manufacturer and size/shape of the rug, it can take up to 3-4 weeks; however most rugs usually arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date the order is placed on Rugzilla.com. As soon as the rug is shipped, Rugzilla.com will provide you with a tracking number so you may monitor the package.

If your rug has been damaged due to shipment, please e-mail Rugzilla.com at info@rugzilla.com. We will arrange for your rug to be picked up and shipped back to the manufacture along with arrangements for you to receive your new rug.

Immediately notify Original Rug Company. Package the area rug in its original shipping tube. If the tube is damaged or not available, roll the rug, cover with heavy plastic, and secure with shipping tape. PLEASE do not place tape on the actual rug as it may damage it and void the return policy. Do not fold the area rug as this will damage the fibers and void the return policy.

Wood darkens with age - this natural ageing process is called Patina. Bright sunlight can accelerate this condition. Therefore we recommend that you move area rugs from time to time to avoid such obvious shading. Normal exposure to sunlight can also bring about changes in shading on carpets, therefore rugs and/or furniture should be moved occasionally to reduce this. Where possible, curtains should be drawn to minimise the damaging effects of sunlight.

The most common form of shipping method will be FedEX Ground; however depending on the rug manufacturer, this shipping method can change. All rugs will come rolled and wrapped in a protective sheet.

Yes and No. If the rug is a machine tufted carpet similar to normal wall-to-wall carpet; yes. However, if the rug is hand tufted, woven, has fringe or made of natural fibers such as wool, cotton or silk, in-plant cleaning is your best option.
