You can send your ring back for resizing. E-mail us authorization to re-bill your credit card or send a money order along with your ring in the amount of $25.95 for resizing which includes a re-shipping charge to return ring back to you. Don't forget to include new ring size and shipping address. Simply return the ring to us with the correct finger size information. We offer a complimentary ring resize service. It takes three working days to resize. However some rings such as full hoop eternity rings can't be resized.

If your DiamondsRight ring doesn't fit, we will resize it free of charge within 45 days of its original shipment to you. Please note that resizing may take approximately ten to fourteen business days.

Merely return the unworn, unwashed slippers to us at the address on the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included in every shipment. We will immediately ship the needed size back to you, free of all shipping charges (except any expedited shipping that you may request). Yes, most certainly. If your ring does not fit correctly and your require a size larger or smaller, you are most welcome to exchange the ring. Please contact customer service by phone at 1-888-85-STONE or via email at info@shimmerandstone.com to verify availability of the size you wish to receive in exchange to ensure the size is in stock. You can then fill out the Return/Exchange form found on the reverse of your packing slip that comes with your order.

Typically you can feel comfortable in expecting that a ring can be adjust up or down two sizes without much trouble. Often larger adjustments can be made, but two size movements are common and trouble free. An exception to this would be some type of band where there were gems set side by side all the way around the ring. Another exception might be if the diamonds or other stones came far down the sides of the ring.

Ring sizing requires a high degree of skill. If a ring is not sized properly, the integrity and strength of the ring can be compromised. An improperly sized ring can also cause the gemstone to fall out at a later time. While many jewelers size the ring the quickest way, we do it the best way.
