We are glad to inform you that we are the pioneer and most well equipped PMI service organization in India and the Middle-East. Our office in the Middle-East is in Kuwait. We do offer PMI as a service whereby we can send our experienced operator with an X-Ray Tube Based PMI Instrument at a short notice (about 10 days) to your site. The cost of having our experienced PMI operator on-site will be US $5000 per month for a standard 8 hour shift per day.

Mix up can be at the vendor's end, during storage at the user end or at the time of actual fabrication.

The following implements/machines can be submitted for testing at the Institute and the testing charges are stated against each: Tractor drawn/operated seed-cum- fertilizer drill/planter, straw reaper, Mini Rice Mill, Power seed Cleaner/grader Samples received from BIS such as Centrifugal Pump, Diesel Engine, Spark ignition engine, sprayers, dusters etc.

TCR routinely conducts IGC as per ASTM A-262 Practice A thru E test, and PMI testing for Stainless Steel SS 304, 321, 316 and others. For ASTM A-262 practice E test we will need at least 80mm long sample. The test can be completed in 4 days.

PMI stands for Private Mortgage Insurance. This is usually charged to the borrower on loans where the loan amount exceeds 80% of the appraised value of the home. Most lenders want insurance on loan amounts greater than 80% of the homes value due to the risk associated with these loans. The lender has less risk on a loan amount at 80% of the homes value, than at 85, 90, or 95% of the homes value.
