How do I access my files on the H drive from off-campus?

Enter ftp://username@barney.gonzaga.edu into Internet Explorer's address bar. At the prompts, enter your ZagNet username and password. You can use Internet Explorer 6 or Firefox (not IE 7) to upload and download files from the FTP server! To upload a file, just click and drag the files or folders you want and drop them in the open Explorer window. To download files, click on the file you want downloaded.

Answer: Recently some laptop users reported they are unable to connect or login to the Trent network now but, it was working prior to taking the machine home. The likely problem is that the machines were updated with XP SP2 over the holidays while they were connected to the users home network.
