WinFactor allows you to import invoices from an excel spreadsheet. To import invoices, click on Advances from the main menu, then the Import button at the bottom of that screen. The spreadsheet must be in a specific format, do view a sample, click here. WinFactor tracks the number of people logged into the system in a file called wf30data.ldb. Sometimes, a user does not get cleared out of this file when they exit WinFactor.

Calendars may be imported if they are in comma-separated value (CSV) format and they must contain the event followed by the date (in mm/dd/yyyy format) of that event. Microsoft Outlook can export calendars in this CSV format. However, HTML Calendar Maker Pro cannot accept multiple events that occur on the same day. First you have to export your data from the program where you have your list of contacts to a file with a format that can be imported by MultiMailer. The import file must be in text format where records are separated with line feeds and fields are separated with a special character, for example a tab, comma or semicolon.
