If you live within three miles of Leicester College and are aged 16 to 19 you will be eligible for a *concessionary buss pass. Yes. The new state law does still permit local control, as long as the local ordinance is no less strict than the state law. Local laws can also increase fine structures for violations, add enforcement agencies and protocol, and prohibit smoking in other areas.
