We don’t currently have features in our system to support streaming audio or video. We’ve had a couple of requests for this and may consider adding this functionality to future upgrades to the system. We have not yet evaluated how important it is to our entire user-base, however, and that may affect how quickly we integrate features like these.

If a customer wants to add streaming audio or video to their site, what do they need to do?

All the customer has to do is upload the file with the video/audio in it. The provide a link on the site to that file. This is accurate but is not in a sense true streaming audio/video. Streaming audio/video requires special servers that are quite expensive. The alternative is just as useful and compatible with our system.
