Go to the My Nevo section of this website, then go to the Download Center. Click on Device Control Download and follow the instructions to look for the brand of device. Finish the download process, following the instructions on the website to synchronize the new device control codes with your Nevo. Then open Nevo and add your device using the Add Device wizard. Be sure to select the method of adding devices downloaded from the website when using the wizard.

Can I upgrade my Nevo 1.0 device to Nevo 2.0?

NEVO 2.0, which provides the universal home and digital media control functionality on the Mobile Media Companion, is currently only available on the HP rx3000 series iPAQ. NEVO is an embedded solution that is built into the device at the time of manufacture. Many of the new features in Nevo 2.0, including wireless digital media connectivity, are not fully-compatible with other handhelds on the market.
