Page Score is not just a simple average of the votes on a page. Page Score is derived from the votes, but the number of votes and the power of the voter is strongly considered. Votes from new users with zero power points are not heavily weighed. Meanwhile, votes from valued contributors to SummitPost will figure significantly in the score calculation. A page requires several votes from high-powered users before it can be considered "good.
