The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority recommends arriving two hours before a domestic departure, or three hours before an international departure (or a domestic departure connecting to an international flight at another U.S. airport), but please check directly with your airline for specific recommendations.

Answer: Airline usually stop checking-in 30 to 45 minutes before scheduled departure of the flights, so you need to arrive at least 90 minutes before the departure time. Don't forget to allow for time to get from your hotel to the airport.

All volunteers must arrive at Kotoka International airport, in Accra . Global Crossroad and its staff will not be able to pick you up from a different location.

You should plan to arrive on campus at least two hours prior to the ceremony if you want to attend the reception. This also should provide sufficient time to find parking and arrive at the commencement facility in time for the ceremony.

The first and last days of your trip are travel days. If you are flying in, book your flight to arrive in Monterey Peninsula Airport between the hours of 10am and 4pm Pacific Standard Time, and we'll pick you up. If you are flying into San Jose or San Francisco, we can recommend a shuttle service. If you are driving in, check-in begins around 3pm and orientation begins at 6pm.

Plan to arrive at SOSA between 9 and 10 AM. Weekends are your best bet for introductory flights. Please note that weekday introductory flights are subject to availability. When you arrive, please tell one of the club members that you would like an introductory flight, and would like to speak to the Field Manager or Duty Instructor to have your name put on the flight priority list.
