No. Even though the system fluid is water based and additional water will not "hurt" anything, it will dilute the fluid and negatively impact the cleaning power.

With normal use, it will be necessary to add OzzyJuice every six to eight weeks. The SmartWasher is equipped with an indicator light that will let you know when it is time to add fluid.

No. The heater is automatically deactivated when the "Add fluid" indicator is illuminated. While the pump will continue to operate, the heater will not be reactivated until OzzyJuice is added to the system and the "Add fluid" indicator is off. However, if, your fluid is low and overheating, you may want to check to make sure the probe is not stuck or malfunctioning.

A mixture of water with some fresh Liquid Ice coolant concentrate is advisable. Although most of the coolant lost will be water, some of the coolant concentrate will be used as well. As an illustration, assume your machine has a 30 gallon sump and you want to charge the system at 10%. The dilution ratio is 10:1, so 27 gallons of water to 3 gallons of Liquid Ice concentrate. Further assume that the system will lose 10% of its volume daily (3 gallons) through evaporation, carry off, etc.
