In FireFox, navigate to: http://www.hide-my-ip.com/hideip.xpi and follow the instructions to install the extension. A dialog may pop up asking you what program to open the extension with, select "Other" and then select "FireFox.exe" in your "Program Files\Mozilla Firefox" folder. Maybe. There are some advantages to having a unique IP for your site. When you change servers, you can point your users to a new IP, so they don't have to wait for the domain name change to propagate. Since it is quite possible for a user to mistype their password repeatedly it may be desirable to have DenyHosts prevent specific IP addresses from being added to /etc/hosts.deny.
