Microsoft Netmeeting is not installed on your computer. It MUST be installed for Electops to function. You can check this by going to your Accessories folder under the start menu where it will usually be located if it is installed. Netmeeting can be downloaded from here. You already have another PC to phone application running on your PC. Please close any other of these types of applications.

The HiWAAY email gateway rejects messages with different errors depending upon the reason the message failed to pass through the HiWAAY sendmail filters. Where the senders address can be determined (highly unlikely if the message was spam), the sender will get an automatic return message, known as a 'bounce' notice from their gateway which will indicate their message failed to deliver to HiWAAY.

The facility to schedule discovery and open automap views is resource intensive, you should not try this operation on a system that does not have enough resources.

This answer will depend on what the error message is. But when you see it, please fill out a bug report and send it to us with the error message you see.

If the message concludes 'The file is damaged beyond repair', it probably means the PDF has been corrupted, usually as a result of being transmitted by email or http transfer. It is not feasible for QuickPrint to repair the file, as this could change the appearance of the job. The solution is to re-transmit the original file. If the message concludes with lines of code, then it is most likely an error raised by the PDF library.

The XML key file is incorrect - when you activate your license, download the colorpop.xml file and copy it over the example file already in the colorpop folder. You cannot use someone else's XML key file on your web site. The domain is incorrect - open the colorpop.xml file and check that the domain listed is the same as the domain you are accessing ColorPop from. Look for the line <domain>yourdomain.com</domain>.

See the Error and Warning Messages section for help with specific error messages. Return to this section if you do not find a specific answer for the error message that you have. Search the Cygwin/X mailing list archives to see if the error message has already been reported and/or addressed. Report the error message to the Cygwin/X mailing list, how the error message was caused, and the behavior of the X Server after the error message was generated (exit, freeze, etc.

That error message means that the time setting is incorrect, by at least 12 hours, on the computer on which the client or server is running. You should check and reset the system clock. We believe no security risks could be introduced, because handle servers provide a limited handle lookup and administration service that is constrained to the handle database. On some people's Slackware systems, the Perl crypt() function does not work because the descrypt.tgz package has not been installed. To solve this problem, install the package from your Slackware CD or FTP site.

There are two possible causes for this problem stemming from your Firefox configuration. Check the following: Make sure that your cache size is greater than 0. In Firefox, go to Tools / Options / Privacy / Cache and make sure that the cache size is larger than zero. In the filtered list you should see an entry called: "browser.cache.disk.enable".Double-clicking on this option will toggle it between true and false. Make sure that it is set to "true".

Access to the sites are supplied on a single user licence basis only - so if you share with one of your colleagues they may already be logged in. If you are confident that nobody is using the same username and password then it could be that you have left the site without pressing the logout button. Please close all browser windows and try again after 15 minutes. If you still are not able to log on then call customer services.

In the error message the name and location of the database that is causing the problem will be listed. Copy your backed-up user files to the folders you originally copied them from, under the Duplo Data AS folder.

Certain conditions with the Internet might cause hang-ups or problems with loading images or certain features. Make sure to go to Tools and then Internet Options within Internet Explorer and clear your history and delete temporary files that might keep pages from loading.
