Burn 2 CD's. Make a second folder for your order. Call the second folder-"Jones (customer name) Part 2". Be sure you have the Lab Order folder on the CD with the first set of images that fit on the first CD. When the order gets to the lab they will move the Part 2 images into the Lab Order Folder and re-assemble the order.

Not a problem. By compressing your data, Simple Backup can store up to 1.2 gigabytes of information on a single CD, or up to 9.4 gigabytes on a DVD. If your backup is larger than that, Simple Backup will fill up the first disc and then ask you to insert a second one. Simple Backup lets your data span up to 32 discs.

The audio presentation portion of our demo is presented as CD Audio. If you have a CD Player option for your computer, you will be able to hear the demo at your computer. Otherwise, any CD player will play the audio tracks of our demo CD.

Some lectures are more than 84 minutes, which is too long for a CD. Although the WMA and RM audio is compressed to a small file size, the length of the audio does not change. Approximately 20,000 letter-sized, black and white pages will fit on a single CD. Color documents and photos can also be scanned to CD, but because they require more memory, fewer will fit. Our cars will accommodate people up to 6'3". We have increased the length of the foot-boxes about 2" over the original car and also have pedals that are adjustable. For the most long-legged, we can substitute a larger clutch master cylinder to gain an additional 1.5" at the expense of more pedal pressure. The steering column is also easily adjustable up and down with a wrench. Additionally, we also can change the padding in the seats to get you lower.

We've done our best to make sure Mailman is cosmetically pleasing on as many different kinds of browsers as possible; however, there have been some reports of the "message input" field being too large, thus making it quite cumbersome to write an email. Yes. We can send a FREE proof with all orders. But unless you order cartoons on your stationery, proofs are optional and you must indicate that you want a proof in your order form. Be aware that the proofing process can add more time to your order processing (2 to 4 days more). However, we recommend all customers to consider that FREE option as we have a non refund policy once the order has printed (read more below about order errors and order cancellations.

Yes, you will be shown a proof your layout before it goes into production to check on the overall layout and spelling. Orders under $20, trophies, medals & pens are excluded.

Obviously large or complex orders may take additional time to fill. Again the reality is even large or complex orders ship in 1 business day as long as we have all the info we need to fill the order. For example, if you are paying by check for your order..we need to wait 10 days for the funds to clear.

Yes. CD-i is based on the OS-9 operating system, which is very Unix like. It therefore does not suffer from Windows or DOS-style year 2000 problems. Since Unix stores a year in a 7 bit field which starts counting at the year 1900, the first problems (if some) will arise in 2027 (so then we have a Y2.027K problem :-).

You will receive a proof CD within 2-3 business days of your event. When you receive it, place it into your computer's CD-ROM drive and let the CD start up automatically. If the CD fails to auto-run (this action is disabled on some computers) you can simply explore the files on the CD and double-click "click here to start" to run your proof CD.

You can expect to get 2 hours of video on a DVD. If your project requires more than one DVD, you will be contacted prior to completion of the order.
