Your order is given a status to let you know what's going on. Here's a brief description of each status: Shipped - All parts of the order have been sent out. Note: Gift Certificate orders to other merchants (such as Amazon) will be marked as "Shipped" when we ship the order to them. It may take up to an additional few days for them to fulfill the order. There are Six possibilities for Order Status: New Order, Processing, Shipped, Pending Pmnt Rcpt, Pend Confirmation and Cancelled. Pending Pmnt Rcpt (Pending Payment Receipt) Orders are those that we have not yet received payment... As soon as we do, we change the status. Pend Confirmation (Pending Confirmation) Orders are those that require additional information before we can process it.

You can stop at any point during the submission process and your content will be saved in the My Content sub-tab (accessible from the My Account tab) with a status of "incomplete." Shipped - This item has shipped. A tracking number may be available, depending on method of shipping.

You can check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link found in the confirmation email. If your order is On Hold, you should have already received an email explaining why the order is on hold and letting you know what you need to do to have your order taken off hold. If you have not received an email explaining the hold reason, you will need to contact us by calling at 626-571-5100. We will assist you in getting your order taken off hold.

Awaiting Extensive Searching - The item could not be located using our usual interlibrary loan tools. Library staff have set it aside for further investigation.
