If you have a textured wall, a wood-paneled wall, a brick or concrete wall, or any other rough surface, we recommend the installation of a "liner paper," followed by 2 coats of flat latex paint. A liner paper is simply a blank wallpaper which covers irregularities in the wall surface.

Simply center the wall mural on your wall. No special frame is necessary. If you prefer, wood trim such as that found around home interior doors and windows can give the illusion of an opening in the wall. You might find some borders on our website that could be used to frame the mural.

Wall murals are printed on heavy-duty poster paper. They can be cleaned (but not scrubbed) with a damp sponge.

When installing, we recommend using a dry cellulose paste (included with most wallpaper murals) or a strippable, clear, non-staining ready-mixed paste. The smoothness of the surface has a major influence on the air requirements. The rougher the surface, the more air will be required to maintain the air film. On a rough, sandpaper-type surface increased friction can cause more wear on the air bearing material.

Slightly textured - similar to the texture to that is embossed into the vinyl top of a car. . Almost all rapid prototyping materials can have surface finish and cosmetic improvements made to them. Both SLS and SLA can be sanded, filled and painted to look like injection-molded plastic.
