Alcohol and other controlled substances are expressly forbidden at all times by Town ordinance in all public town operated facilities and on all Town property. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, Town ordinances prohibit the carrying of concealed weapons on Town property, on public greenways, and in Town facilities.

Room rental rates depend on the size of the room. A one-way room is $18.25, two-way room is $28.00, and three-way room is $48.00 (plus tax) for the first 3 hours. Additional hours are $10.00 per hour plus tax. A supervisor's fee of $15.00 per hour is charged if rental goes beyond scheduled hours. The Lansing Center's food and beverage department is the exclusive supplier for all food and beverage service. No outside food or beverages will be allowed to be brought into the Lansing Center. If you do bring alcohol inside it will be taken away, due to the Lansing Center's liquor license. We will make some ethnic food exceptions, please contact a Catering Sales Coordinator further information.
