Simply complete them as usual, telling the broadcaster the royalty free music track titles and composer's names etc. This enables the broadcasters to tell the relevant performance rights societies, so that performance royalties can be distributed as usual. This still costs you, as the producer, nothing! If your production is not a film, TV or radio broadcast, you do not need a cue sheet.

It depends on how the cracks and bows are situated. StablWall sheets are 2’ wide, and required to be a maximum of 6’ on center, or no more than 4 feet between sheets. It can be applied on a wall with no cracks (for protection against movement), up to a wall with multiple vertical and horizontal cracks. It can be used on walls with cracks and bows as well – how many sheets depends on how the cracks and/or bows are situated.

You can't. WinCue currently has no support for .cue files. If you wish to use .cue files with Winamp, try the mp3Cue plug-in instead. I don't know if it's any good, but it's supposed to read .cue files. Create a playlist in Winamp and import it into WinCue by selecting "Steal Playlist" from the "List" menu. Because of changes in how skinning works in Winamp 5 you have to switch to a classic skin in order for the WinCue window to appear.
