No notation will be made on your transcript if you drop courses or withdraw from Summer Sessions prior to the last day of the session. But be sure to verify your Summer Sessions enrollment status. Do not anticipate that the University will automatically drop you from a class due to nonpayment or non-attendance. You may drop your classes by using URSA OnLine or by submitting a Student Update Form to the Registrar's Office at 1113 Murphy Hall.

The last day to drop is published in the schedule of classes each semester. To drop after that date, you need to make special arrangements with your instructor.

The "W" stands for "Writing Link." Any course designated with a "W" at the end of the course number will be the same as the one described in the Undergraduate Catalog (e.g., ENG 101W is the same as ENG 101), except that it is part of the Writing Links program and, we feel, enhanced by virture of its being linked to another course.

Yes, there is a possibility that students will receive an "unsatisfactory" grade for VIP should any of the scenarios listed below happen. Unsatisfactory performance feedback by the company. For example students who are always late for work or absence without official leave.

Students should contact their professors immediately to determine what needs to be done to earn a final grade. Students have two terms, including summer, to make up the missing work. After one calendar year, the professor can no longer change a student's grade without permission from the vice president of the university.

You will receive a certificate of completion if you attend 75 percent of the classes. No grades are given. Your permanent CEU record is maintained at by our office. A transcript is available for a fee of $4.

Plan your activities so that after the treatment you can get some rest, or at least not have to be working at top performance. This is especially important for the first few visits. Continue to take any prescription medicines as directed by your regular doctor. Substance abuse (drugs and alcohol) especially in the week prior to treatment will seriously interfere with the effectiveness of acupuncture treatments. The University will make payroll deductions for six (6) biweekly pay periods to reimburse the cost of the course(s). The University Cashier's Office will determine the amount of the deduction based on the courses involved. The biweekly deductions will begin approximately three (3) weeks after grades are submitted. The University will deduct the remaining amount from the employee's final paycheck or from any other funds due the employee.

You will receive a replacement grading voucher for the same service level for the following No-Grades: N6 (Minimum Size), N8 (Miscut), and N9 (Unable to grade). Grading fees paid will not be refunded and no vouchers will be issued for all other "no grades".

In my mind, essay grades start at 50 for a turned-in on-time assignment and earn points as I read. For course investment, however, everyone starts at 100 and loses points (down to zero, if necessary) for missed classes and inadequate participation, or other elements of course investment.

You register in advance for the next semester and you can add and drop classes through-out your pre-registration period. Once the semester gets started you'll have time to add or drop classes. There's a deadline--but do it ASAP so you get on class-lists! You'll be able to drop classes in the SIS and add classes in the Registrar's Office with a professor's signature--use the add/drop slips available in the hall outside of our office in 77 Mac.

College policy allows students to freely drop or add courses throughout the first week of classes. You will receive a 100% refund if you drop a class during the first week. If you drop a class during the second week you will receive a 50% refund, and if you drop a class during the third week you will receive a 25% refund. See the academic calendar for specific dates.

Yes, if you arrive before 5:00 PM the day before we will keep your truck inside overnight. If you arrive after 5:00 PM park it in the front of our lighted parking lot and insert your keys into the key drop located at the bottom of our front door.
