To access your account via Webmail, you may click on the Login button on our home page. This will take you to https://mail.mailmine.net/, our secure login page. You may also bookmark this page or enter it directly. You will be asked to enter your email address and your password.

After five failed attempts to log on using the same account, the account becomes locked out. This policy ensures others do not try to guess or otherwise hack another user's account. After five minutes, you should be able to try logging in again.

The "blocked" message in webmail means that you have reached the maximum number of failed logins in a row. To "unblock" your account, you will need to contact your local NCMail admin to reset your password. Example: If your domain name is TheSmithFamily.com, you would go to http://webmail.thesmithfamily.com to check your mail. Enter the specific email address and password. This takes you right into the email interface to send and receive your email. Else, you can access your email, change a password, or add a new mailbox user to the account from the domain control panel. Under POP mailbox/user Click name to log in, or enter new password in the empty box.

For customers using DHCP to connect internet, please visit http://webmail.hgcbroadband.com/mail/english/index.jsp and click "Create Account", or visit http://install.hgcbroadband.com/createemail/, then enter your Circuit ID and Authentication Code* to create account. For customers using PPPoE to connect internet, please visit http://install.hgcbroadband.com/createlogin/, then enter your Circuit ID and Authentication Code* to create account.

You will now use http://webmail.yourdomain.com/ for webmail and for checking your spam email. If this fails to work, give us a call.

NOTE: Your student Webmail account has been migrated to the MS Exchange Server. Your emails are archived under the folder, Webmail, in OWA. On a Windows-based PC using Internet Explorer v6.02 click on the plus (+) sign next to the Webmail folder to view any archived inbox emails and folders. On a Macintosh-based PC using Internet Explorer v5.2 click on the Folders icon in the left-column and click the link, Webmail to view your archived inbox emails and folders.

To use WebMail, you must have the correct browser software installed. WebMail works with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 and above, and Netscape version 4.7 and above. If you are using an older browser, you will need to upgrade to a more recent version in order to use WebMail.

Please believe us that with a valid password and e-mail address that was used when you created your account you will be able to log in. Please note both are case sensitive. If you have lost your password you can request a new one from the login screen and please follow the instructions. If you are still having difficulties please e-mail us with your full name and e-mail address and we will check for you.

UP Diliman students (enrolled in the current semester): Go to the UP Computer Center to get your account activation details. Bring your UP Form 5 and UP ID. Faculty/Staff/REPS: Please go to the UP Computer Center to create your account. Bring your appointment paper from HRDO and UP ID. You may send a representative with your signed written authorization letter and your representative's UP ID plus your appointment paper from HRDO and your UP ID.
