Choose "My AOL", choose "Preferences", choose "WWW", select the "Security" tab. In the white box at the top, you will have 4 options: Each of these is a category that you may put sites in. If you have never changed your security settings before, choose "Internet". Otherwise, choose the category you have put EW in. Make sure the "Security level for this zone" is at "Medium" or lower.
