If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, only use this medicine on the advice of your health care provider. Smoking can seriously harm your child. Try to stop smoking without using any nicotine replacement medicine. This medicine is believed to be safer than smoking. However, the risks to your child from this medicine are not fully known.

There is a lot of debate on the subject of Pilates and pregnancy and exercise in general. Generally speaking, moderate exercise is safe throughout a normal, healthy pregnancy and many gentle Pilates exercises are appropriate. However, keep the following cautions in mind. Do not over-exert the abdominal muscles to avoid diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles). Avoid all Pilates exercises that require you to lie on your back.

We normally recommend that as a safety precaution Dynamiclear be used before or after a pregnancy, not during. We have not yet conducted any trials or studies on the use of Dynamiclear during pregnancy. This recommendation is not because there has been any adverse findings but because of the sensitivity of the fetus. Dynamiclear is a "topically" applied solution (applied externally onto the skin) and contains only natural ingredients at safe concentrations.
