The Glass Ceiling consists of invisible, illegal and immoral artificial barriers which impede equal employment, support and salary compensation for African Americans, other minorities and women. While the Glass Ceiling cannot be seen or touched, it is easily felt and devastating. The effects are demoralizing and often overwhelm their victims. The Glass Ceiling was created and perpetrated by deep-seated prejudices based on unfounded believes against minorities and women.

Yes, broken glass exists, but it is not "all over the place" even on city streets. Unless it's a recent breakage, it gets kicked or swept into cracks, against walls, or right against curbs and isn't strewn about. For the little glass that does remain, again, just watch where you're going! It is a limit on the amount of taxes you must pay on your residence. If you qualify your home for a 65 and older or disabled person homestead exemption for school taxes, the school taxes on that home can't increase as long as you own and live in that home. The tax ceiling is the amount you pay in the year that you qualified for the 65 - and - older or disabled person exemption. The school taxes on your home may go below the ceiling but not above the amount of the ceiling.

Try to take a number of samples (5) in multiple locations. The ceiling material is man-mixed and thus you could miss the detection of asbestos in "this spot" when it might be one inch over in "that spot". First, there's an investment in hardware and wiring. You need to have N motes attached to an N-port serial multiplexor (or a computer with N serial ports). The 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors have metal z-bar (running north to south) between the ceiling drywall and the original wood ceiling. A stud finder will help you find where the z-bar is placed in the ceiling. Fastening to the z-bar will give you a much better hold than only using the ceiling's drywall.
