We ship the line in an oversize box approximately 9"x19"x79" (the largest allowable by UPS) with a shipping bend in the center section. This shipping bend is easily removed by placing the line on the floor, holding one end against the floor and pressing your hand slowly along the bend to straighten it out. No need to use tools.

Biodiesel is a great solvent and it will degrade natural rubber fuel lines, which are sometimes found in older vehicles. All newer cars have synthetic rubber fuel lines, which have no problem transferring Biodiesel. If you have an older vehicle and run Biodiesel you can determine if you have natural rubber fuel lines because the lines will appear to be sweating after a few weeks of use. Simply replace your fuel lines with synthetic rubber ones and your vehicle is ready to go.

For all hobbyists not involved in racing their car, the stock fuel line lengths are just fine. Fuel line length is commonly lengthened by several times the original length in order to prevent a flameout (engine dying) when the car is upside down. Racers sometimes use between 20-30cm (8 to 12 inches) of pressure line between the muffler or pipe and the fuel tank. This line must be wrapped around the fuel tank or another part of the car.

Unopened fuel which is stored out of direct sunlight is literally good for years. We have opened 10-year old containers and had the fuel be fully potent and usable. However, in general it is a good idea to use the fuel off your shelves annually, especially if exposed to sunlight. Once fuel has been opened, it has been exposed to air which includes moisture. Both water and sunlight are your fuel's enemy, so the more frequently or the longer it is exposed the more rapidly it will deteriorate.

Since diesel tractor engines work off high pressure, if air gets into the fuel line (like when you run out of fuel) the tractor may no longer want to start up. (If you do not see smoke when you crank the engine, you probably have air in the line which is preventing the fuel from getting to the engine.

The tank requires a primary finger screen filter, the gascolator needs a fine screen( and th ebowl on the collator CANNOT be made of glass in Canada), but fuel line filters, when used, should have sufficient area to absorb crud but not inhibit the fuel flow and should be replaced annually ( in Canada these filters cannot be made of paper).

Yes. The 12355612 fuel pump can be turned (clocked) to any one of ten different positions. Simply remove the ten bolts that hold the pump halves together, orientate the pump to the desired position and reinstall the bolts to the proper torque.

This depends on what you are doing with the vehicle. You can expect a 75cc tank to last 10-15 minute.

Hit ALT+T to switch fuel load from LBS to TIME LEFT. Note that as your throttle setting and altitude changes, the time remaining will change accordingly.

Sorry, we do not include clips, however we do carry generic line clips that can be substituted for the factory clips.

It is essential that the lines you use for calibration are long. It is also essential that you include lines near to the edges. The reason for long lines being necessary is that short lines are too easy for the optimization step to make straight.

It should take 3 to 4 business days for your line(s) to be transferred to our service. If it takes longer than this, something is wrong. Please contact our office immediately. The top reasons why your line(s) may not have been switched are as follows: you have a "PIC freeze" on your line (our electronic request will be denied in this situation as well); OR

No long waits at our US/Canadian border! The Campobello Island/Lubec crossing is one of the least busy Custom Stations. Most often, there will be no wait. At most, there will be only several cars in line. Crossing back and forth during your vacation will pose no time related problems. We suggest to all of our patrons to get to the theatre EARLY (one hour or more prior to dusk) so they may find the best available parking spaces and shorter concessions lines. On VERY busy nights (especially family type movies), the closer you arrive to show time, the longer the concessions lines will be. When everyone shows up at once, (like McDonalds with a bus-load of high school kids) there will be longer lines and wait times.
