MSMS requires one score from the ACT standardized test for admission. Generally, you may apply for expungement in the court in which you were sentenced, or, if you were convicted in another state or in a federal court, you may apply to a court of common pleas. Once you apply for an expungement, the court will set a hearing date. You usually will work with the probation department to prepare a report for the court to use in determining whether or not to grant the expungement.
