If you have been cleared for graduation, you are eligible to receive your certificate or diploma after your actual graduation date. You must be cleared of any holds on your account (i.e. accounts payable, financial aid, library loans, or student loans). You can pick-up your certificate/diploma at the Enrollment Services Center or may request to have it mailed by completing the Certificate/Diploma Release form.

Pre-order a diploma or certificate frame in advance and pick it up after your Convocation ceremony in the University Centre. Student Ambassadors will frame your diploma or certificate on site for free. Frames will also be available to purchase on the day of Convocation in the University Centre. By ordering in advance, you will be guaranteed the frame of your choice. Funds raised from the sale of frames supports the Student Alumni Association.

When you graduate from our Professional Photography Program you will earn a Diploma. Degree programs require the completion of specific academic and a number of elective classes. These are not required at NESOP, since our exclusive focus is on professional photography.

A certificate/diploma from NESOP can help graduates attain many jobs in the market—from assisting successful photographers to working for print or online media. However, it’s important to point out that much of the photography business is focused primarily on freelance/self-employed situations. Most clients and employers look at the portfolio as the key factor in deciding whether or not to hire a specific photographer.

Yes. Students who complete their classes and attend at least 80% of the classes receive a Certificate of Completion when they finish and a Letter of Enrolment that lists the classes they took and is signed by the Director of Academic Studies. You may also get additional certificates if you complete certificate programs that are offered at ILSC.

Our students may receive credit from their home institutions for work done at the International School, based on a transcript. To receive a transcript, send $10 per transcript with your transcript form to the school office. No, at the International School of Painting, Drawing and Sculpture, we have painting, drawing and sculpture.

A certificate is awwarded to every student at the end of their stay. Progress are carefully evaluated and recorded.

This will depend on which programme you are registered for. The different awards come from different institutions as listed below:

Academic Record Request Form needs to be completed and returned to the Registration Centre with appropriate payment - $25, for Post-Secondary Diploma and Continuing Education Certificate. A valid photo ID is required for In person request and pick up (e.g. Student Card, Driver’s License, passport). A copy of the Academic Record Request Form and instructions for submission can be obtained on our website at the Registrar's Office.

If you’re studying full-time, you will complete the Certificate in one year and the Diploma in two. If you’re studying part-time, it will depend on how many subjects you take each semester. You need to complete the equivalent of five subjects for the Certificate and nine for the Diploma (ie a further four). Some students take more than six years to complete their Diploma.

Results are submitted to University of London in December and the date of the award is normally the following January. Certificates/diplomas can then take 3/4 months to arrive. The Programme Director will provide you with a formal statement of your results if you need this for job applications or for sponsors.

Diplomas and Certificates are issued once to the student; copies of these documents are not kept by BCIT. If your credential has been lost, destroyed or stolen then you can request for a duplicate in writing through Student Records. Reference the Duplicate Credential Form Note: If you have received a certificate of completion for a part time studies course it is likely that your certificate was issued through the department where you took the course.
