Oracle Standard is designed for single machine databases. Oracle Enterprise is designed for databases that span multiple machines, require off-site replication, or require the 10% performance increase that 64-bit software can provide over the 32-bit Standard Edition. In the standard version, users are limited to submitting 5 different domains. This version is intended for a single user to promote their own web sites. The Enterprise edition is designed for users who wish to submit more than 5 domains or for users who wish to submit URLs for third parties. This version can be used as the basis of a submission service. The enterprise version has no restrictions on the number of domains that can be submitted.

The Java JDK is not installed or the JAVA_HOME environment variable has not been set correctly. Please refer to the Java installation guide. With an Oracle database, it seems I can only store up to 4000 characters of text in fields (comments, issue description etc). Oracle VARCHAR fields can only store up to 4000 characters, and CLOBs could not be accessed in a standard way until the Oracle 10g driver was released (and then only with a special flag).
