Your luggage will be transferred on the trip by our guides. It will be waiting in your room, ready for you when you arrive each day. You never carry your bags during a tour.

Be ready to carry your own bags and pack light! Airlines allow one checked bag, and one carry-on bag. Excess luggage may be subject to an airline penalty of $100 per bag excess. Motor coach tours provide for porterage of one piece of checked luggage, pre-paid; excess bags may be charged a daily surcharge by the porters at hotels.

For domestic travel on most U.S. carriers each ticketed passenger is allowed up to two pieces of checked luggage. Maximum weight for each bag is typically 50 pounds (23kg) and a maximum total linear dimension (length plus width plus height) of 62 inches (158 cm). Excess baggage is subject to surcharges. TIP: Do not lock your checked luggage. Security officials may have to open your bag in the screening process.

For domestic flights, each ticketed passenger is entitled to three bags, including one carry-on bag. So, a passenger could carry on one bag and "check" two additional bags aboard the aircraft. All carry-on bags must fit inside an overhead bin or underneath your seat.

We do the work so you can enjoy your vacation. Each day you will find your luggage in your hotel room when you arrive. You carry just the things you need for your cycling (or walking) day.

Read the luggage section of your policy very carefully. You will find that individual item limits apply and the insurer will observe these limits. While you are travelling, keep your valuable items - laptop, cameras, and jewellery - with you. Don't expect your insurer to reimburse you for lost your luggage left unattended in a public place, or in a motor vehicle overnight. Mobile phones, cameras, sound systems, and computers are highly prized. So don't leave them in a vehicle at any time.

You will see your luggage on the pier after you leave the ship. In most cases you will be given color-coded luggage tags by the cruise line so that you may tag your bags before leaving the ship. On most piers you will find your bags waiting under the color of your luggage tag, so don’t forget it.
